We do not undertake any kind of hazardous or illegal goods for transportation. If you are found carrying such items, legal action may be taken against you.
We offer different packaging options to our customers depending on their requirements. You can choose from basic, standard, or premium packaging, each with a different price range.
We provide loading and unloading services at the source and destination points. However, we do not take responsibility for any damages caused during loading and unloading by the customer or any third party.
Our transportation services include both open and closed carriers. If you want to transport your vehicle in an open carrier, we will not be responsible for any damages caused due to natural elements or road debris.
We offer transit insurance to our customers at a reasonable cost. If you opt for this service, we will provide you with an individual policy/receipt from the insurance company.
We do not provide unpacking services at the destination point. However, if you need our assistance, we can arrange for it with extra charges.
We offer express delivery services to our customers for an additional cost. This service is subject to availability and is not available for all locations.
We advise our customers to be present during the loading and unloading of goods to avoid any confusion or dispute later on.
We do not allow any kind of delay in the payment of the remaining amount. If the payment is delayed, we reserve the right to hold your goods until the full amount is paid. We provide unpacking services for fragile and valuable items such as artwork, antiques, and electronics at an additional cost.
We offer long-term storage solutions for our customers who require a safe and secure space to store their goods. Our storage facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security measures to ensure the safety of your goods.
We do not provide any kind of guarantee for the delivery time of your goods. Factors such as traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in transportation.
We reserve the right to refuse transportation of any item that we deem unsuitable or unsafe for transportation.
We do not undertake any kind of unpacking or assembly work at the destination point. However, we can arrange for it with extra charges and subject to the availability of our staff.
We offer insurance coverage for high-value items such as jewelry, precious stones, and cash. If you want to insure these items, you will have to declare them and pay the additional premium.
We do not provide any kind of refund or compensation for delays caused due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
We do not provide any kind of warranty or guarantee for the condition of your goods after transportation. It is your responsibility to check and verify the condition of your goods before signing the delivery receipt.
We offer customized packaging solutions for our customers who require special packaging for their goods such as temperature-controlled packaging, shock-absorbent packaging, or moisture-resistant packaging.
